Woburn, Mass. – East Cambridge Savings Bank, a $1.6 billion in assets mutual bank headquartered in Cambridge, Mass., today announced that Susan Shaw recently joined the bank as business development manager at the Woburn Banking Center. In this role, Shaw will serve as the banking center manager and will oversee business development and banking center operations. Banking center managers are also active in the communities they serve through involvement in civic organizations and volunteering. Ms. Shaw joined the Bank on Oct. 31, 2022.

“I’m thrilled to join East Cambridge Savings Bank and I am especially excited to be part of the Bank’s newest market, Woburn,” said Shaw. “As I settled into this role, I have had the chance to meet many of our Woburn customers and attend several community events. Both our personal banking and business customers have high expectations of their bank, and I look forward to working with the team in Woburn to delivering that exceptional level of service.”

Shaw has 27 years of banking experience and has worked at several local and regional banks before joining East Cambridge Savings Bank. She has been involved with community and civic groups including the Rotary Club and chambers of commerce. Shaw grew up in Lexington, Mass., and currently resides in Concord, Mass.
