Beginning on January 2, 2020, five East Cambridge Savings Bank locations will introduce new hours of operation for the drive-up window service. The drive-up locations and new hours are as follows:
Highland Avenue Banking Center, Somerville: Mon-Wed: 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m., Thurs-Fri: 8:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Broadway Banking Center, Arlington: Mon-Wed: 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m., Thurs-Fri: 8:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Trapelo Road Banking Center, Belmont: Mon-Thurs: 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m., Fri: 8:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Salem Street Banking Center, Medford: Mon-Wed: 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m., Thurs-Fri: 8:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.
West Medford Banking Center, Medford: Mon-Wed: 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m., Thurs-Fri: 8:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Saturday hours remain 8:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. for lobby and drive-up teller windows at these locations.
In addition to 11 local banking centers, we offer customers full service online and mobile banking. Additionally, customers can now check balances on their smartwatch, or make purchases using Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, or Google Pay anywhere the touchless payments are accepted.
