*The One Month Free Payroll Over One Year Promotion for Financial Institution Clients (the “Promotion”) will run from April 1, 2025, until June 30, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”), unless terminated earlier by Paychex, Inc. (“Paychex”) and is subject to the following terms and conditions. The Promotion is available to Eligible Clients (as defined below) of financial institutions that have an active referral partnership agreement with Paychex (each, a “Financial Institution) and will consist of one (1) month of free payroll services.
