New Chairman elected at 150th Annual Meeting of East Cambridge Savings Bank
CAMBRIDGE, MASSACHUSETTS, June 29, 2004 … Lee C. Craig was elected as chairman of the Board of Trustees at the 150th Annual Meeting of the Corporators of East Cambridge Savings Bank.
Craig’s association with the Bank spans three decades. He was elected as a Corporator in 1974, and as a Trustee in 1977. He has served on the Board of Investment, the executive committee of the Board of Trustees, since 1980.
Owner of Craig Residential Improvements in Georgetown, Craig is a Registered Landscape Architect and holds Home Improvement Contractor and Construction Supervisor Licenses in Massachusetts. His father, Willard C. Craig, was a long-term member of the Board of Trustees of the Bank.
George E. Wilson, former chairman of the Board of Trustees who had served in that position since 1993, will remain active on the Bank’s Boards of Investment and Trustees.
The Bank is celebrating its 150th anniversary this year.
